George Christian Spahn is a minor character in Quentin Tarantino's ninth film Once Upon a Time In Hollywood. He is an American rancher and the titular owner of the Spahn Movie Ranch. George allowed the Manson Family to stay at his ranch and was romantically involved with many of its female members.
He was portrayed by Bruce Dern, who also played Old Man Carrucan in Django Unchained and General Sandy Smithers in The Hateful Eight.

George purchased the Spahn Ranch in 1953.
In 1968, nearly blind Spahn allowed Charles Manson and his followers to move into the ranch. The cultists would do daily chores and female members would occasionally had sex with George on Charles' orders.
