Lance is a supporting character in Quentin Tarantino's second film Pulp Fiction. He is Vincent Vega's drug dealer who presumably specifies in heroin judging by his expertise on the drug. He saved the life of Mia Wallace, by supplying Vincent with the shot of adrenaline he injected straight into her heart, rescuing her from a drug overdose.
